What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inspections and property preservation processes on defaulted loans in accordance with investor guidelines
- Monitor daily First Time Vacancy reporting and coordinate with vendors for timely completion
- Review pre-sale inspection photos and work orders to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Address and escalate property damages and emergencies effectively
- Collaborate with the insurance department to file claims on damaged properties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of property inspections and agency guidelines required by investors
- Experience in mortgage default servicing preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of general property maintenance
- Familiarity with MSP servicing systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in project management and problem-solving
