What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project management efforts for proposal development, including planning and scheduling timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define proposal-specific deliverables and success criteria
- Facilitate project status meetings and coordinate necessary communications among team members
- Develop and maintain proposal templates and support content writing for proposals
- Manage and organize proposal content and template repository while ensuring best practices are followed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing, writing, and coordinating government proposals preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Shipley Proposal Management/Proposal Writing training preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and managerial skills
- Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work independently
- Command of English writing rules and styles, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
