What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with internal consulting teams and external partners to develop compelling proposals
- Analyze RFP requirements, create compliance checklists, and ensure proposals meet all specifications
- Review and proofread proposals for accuracy and clarity
- Produce and ship hard copy proposal documents while managing production schedules
- Format interview presentations using PowerPoint templates and customize staff resumes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing, business, English, or a related field
- Proven attention to detail and strong proofreading and editing skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with team members across multiple time zones
- Capacity to work within tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous proposal development or consulting experience
- Experience in technical writing or editing
- Background in marketing
