      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze RFP instructions and manage desktop publishing and production requirements for proposals
      - Coordinate and distribute RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal-related documents to the proposal team
      - Maintain configuration and version control of all proposal files
      - Lead proposal production efforts, ensuring timely preparation of electronic and hard-copy submissions
      - Support the Proposal Manager during final proposal checks and logistics coordination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent and six years of work-related experience, or ten years of directly related experience if non-degreed
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management and clients
      - Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
      - Federal Government proposal experience
      - U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain necessary security clearances

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Accredited two-year degree or four years of work experience in document preparation or federal proposal coordination
      - Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Adobe
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a schedule-driven environment
      - Customer service orientation and ability to work independently
      - Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills
