What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and coordinate the development of proposals from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outputs
- Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings, internal review sessions, and partner discussions for timely delivery
- Produce drafts and compile tailored content for technical proposals, including project descriptions and qualifications
- Provide desktop publishing support to meet solicitation requirements for proposal documents
- Support group writing efforts by editing, proofreading, and conducting compliance checks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in proposal coordination
- Excellent professional writing and editing skills
- Strong ability to quickly comprehend and relay detailed technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for disseminating information across teams
- Demonstrated organizational, facilitation, and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with government proposals strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
