What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review RFPs/RFIs and other solicitation documents to determine proposal requirements and create compliant responses
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor schedules, including deadlines and timelines for response documents
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across various areas and levels of the organization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business operations, services offered, and industry trends for proposal success
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal documentation and manage data entry into Salesforce/CRM

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and producing effective sales-oriented proposals and technical documents
- Strong time management and organizational skills, particularly with geographically dispersed staff
- Proven ability to manage workload and communicate effectively when additional resources are needed
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in grammar and style

- Strong knowledge of employer's products, contract structures, and business operations
- Familiarity with writing style guides and formats
