What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs and other solicitation documents to determine proposal requirements and prepare compliant drafts
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor schedules, communicating deadlines for response documents
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across all levels of the organization
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal documentation while entering data into Salesforce/CRM
- Support the development and maintenance of sales enablement resources and related software systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and producing sales-oriented proposals and technical response documents
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, particularly with geographically dispersed teams
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability in communication style
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with writing style guides and formats
- Experience using proposal management software and Salesforce
