What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide pre-sales internal support and guidance to sales leaders on responding to client requests for proposals and questionnaires
- Build and refine processes to streamline proposal execution and introduce best practices for proposal development
- Own and maintain a comprehensive library of proposal content, templates, and responses
- Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant information and enhance the company's competitive edge
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of proposal management or sales support experience in the technology industry
- Experience with RFP tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.) and Salesforce
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for clear and compelling content creation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
