What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with technical leads to prepare winning proposals, qualifications submittals, and presentations
- Act as project manager for proposal efforts, leading meetings and managing production schedules
- Write and edit resumes, project descriptions, and proposal content while maintaining proposal materials
- Participate in business development meetings and develop content for marketing collateral
- Provide guidance and support to junior proposal production staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-8 years of experience in proposal and marketing support within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
- Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Deltek Vision and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with reviewing solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and government forms (e.g., SF330)
