What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaboratively work with proposal team and internal clients to prepare winning proposals, qualifications submittals, and interview presentations
- Facilitate kick-off meetings that define expectations and manage proposal schedules
- Develop and manage the adherence to proposal timelines and strategies
- Lead the team in the development of visual and written content for proposals
- Communicate and coordinate status updates with the proposal team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the planning, preparation, and development of architectural and engineering proposals
- Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and document organization skills
- Intermediate to expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe InDesign

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the AEC industry, GIS, LiDAR, Broadband, NG9-1-1, or other technologies
- Experience with proposal database software Deltek Vision
