What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop formal and informal proposals (RFPs/RFIs) for various segments to differentiate the employer and secure wins
- Maintain industry-specific master benchmarking reports and distribute them to Sales/CM
- Collaborate with other departments to align messaging and support Enterprise RFP and RFI production
- Enhance content ongoing to ensure alignment with the employer's value proposition and new products
- Support producer strategy through key broker house template mastery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Responsive/RFPIO/Qvidian RFP databases
- Critical thinker with the ability to synthesize information into cohesive messaging
