What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the proposal development process and create written content for large contract opportunities ($30M+)
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to synthesize insights into compelling proposal content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop key win themes, value propositions, and differentiators
- Assist in drafting proposal outlines, editing content, and "one-voicing" proposal materials for final reviews
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of proposal production, ensuring timely submission and logistical efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, or Business Writing (preferred)
- Minimum of three years writing federal proposals or similar writing experience
- Experience leading large $30M+ opportunities, with a focus on win themes and technical content development
- Proficiency in content writing for Requests for Information, Sources Sought Notices, Marketing, and Press Releases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Formal proposal training/certification, e.g., Shipley, APMP, SMPS
- Understanding of Shipley Business Development Lifecycle
