What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products
- Deliver classroom training on Oasis 360 Management System modules and partner products
- Coordinate installation schedules and service activities in collaboration with project management
- Monitor service activities and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
- Validate the proper operation of all equipment and system capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5-6 years of experience in training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products
- Casino/gaming experience within technology or similar expertise
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a willingness to travel 17 days a month
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to advise others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with installation and configuration of gaming hardware and software
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the gaming industry
- Proven track record of customer advocacy and service excellence
