Joining the Secret Service, Office of Protective Operations, will allow you to to support security assignments to mitigate threats and provide access control to facilities, residences, and/or other special access areas used and/or owned by the Secret Service.

This Protection Officer position starts at a salary of $41,966.00, GS-07, with promotion potential to $66,731.00 GS-9.

You qualify for the GS-07 if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 level performing duties such as:
