What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between providers and the employer, addressing contract disputes and ensuring timely implementations
- Respond promptly and professionally to provider inquiries and support claim inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate communication and education regarding contract terms and related issues across various departments
- Ensure accuracy of provider demographic data and manage requests for changes
- Document outreach activities in compliance with department standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, public administration, or management
- 3 – 5+ years of direct provider relations experience
- Strong understanding of provider and payor roles, healthcare financing, and delivery systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate requests and represent issues accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
