What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate and track provider Letters of Agreement, contracts, and amendments from initial draft to execution
- Support network development through research, recruitment, and negotiation with providers
- Evaluate provider networks and implement strategic plans to meet adequacy standards
- Communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to various healthcare providers
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of documents to complete the contracting process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 4 years of provider contract support or negotiation experience in the healthcare field
- Strong knowledge of managed care organizations or healthcare settings
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout designated regions

- 1-3 years of managed care experience
