What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily administrative duties for Government and Commercial Provider enrollment function
- File enrollment of healthcare providers with governmental programs and health plans
- Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients
- Develop professional working relationships within the department
- Ensure accurate verification and documentation in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in customer service and/or administrative position
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and various software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with CMS, URAC, NCQA, and JCAHO Standards
- Previous credentialing and provider enrollment experience
- College level coursework in a business, healthcare, or related field
