Job Description

Complete timely provider enrollment and re validation process ; monitor enrollment statu s and perform all follow-up action s as needed for all insurance types, including enrollment and reassignment of commercial and Medicaid/Medicare programs for all states.
Work closely with clients and/or providers to obtain documents for enrollment
Respond to internal and external inquiries on enrollment statuses
Maintain provider documents, licenses, directories, files, and enrollments in all applicable locations
Track provider license, certification, DEA and professional liability expiration dates to ensure timely renewals
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of provider enrollment experience
Strong understanding of CAQH ProView system and its requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Knowledge of medical terminology and provider documentation requirements
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Active Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification
At least 1 year revenue cycle experience
Comfortable with remote work arrangements and virtual collaboration tools
Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication
Responsible for the payer enrollment and revalidation processes for clinicians of Netsmart clientsResponsibilities
