What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enroll and re-enroll individual practitioners using Credentialing Software
- Outreach to providers via email, phone, or in-person to obtain necessary documentation
- Facilitate filling out required paperwork for clinicians and troubleshoot enrollment issues
- Monitor work inventory to ensure timely processing
- Assist with data entry and data integrity projects for provider demographics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years' experience in a provider enrollment setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience enrolling clinicians in Medicare, MassHealth, private insurance, and hospitals
- Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation requirements and standards
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with providers
