What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise provider enrollment and quality assurance staff to ensure timely and accurate provider loading into the system
- Manage updates and maintenance of provider databases for accurate reimbursement and network assignments
- Develop and implement inventory, production, error, and tracking reports
- Train, mentor, and support staff while addressing disciplinary issues in a timely manner
- Research and respond to provider-related inquiries from internal and external sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience (4 years of job-related work experience or Associate's degree and 2 years of job-related work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of provider network experience utilizing integrated computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of provider credentialing processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and strong analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of provider network experience utilizing integrated computer systems
- Knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts
- Ability to use complex mathematical calculations
