- Enter, support, and maintain provider data from multiple sources across all lines of business
- Process inquiries from internal and external customers, providing timely and accurate responses

- Ensure the accuracy of provider data in multiple systems while meeting audit and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the insurance industry
- At least two years of work experience related to data entry, changes, and maintenance
- Knowledge of insurance principles and databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data entry skills and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree or related experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Familiarity with CMS and NCQA standards
- Experience with software such as QNXT, Echo, QuickBase, and Adobe Acrobat
