      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accurate setup of providers in the provider information system for state reporting and claims payment
      - Research and resolve provider-related issues and data discrepancies
      - Process provider add, change, and termination forms while maintaining provider directories
      - Facilitate provider education and orientations via webinars
      - Act as a liaison for designated small primary care provider groups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates degree preferred; claims processing, billing, or coding experience is advantageous
      - Over five years of experience in a managed care environment, medical provider office, or customer service within a healthcare organization
      - Knowledge of healthcare systems, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
      - Strong research and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in coaching new hires or less experienced representatives
      - Familiarity with claims payment processes and resolutions
      - Ability to work on cross-functional projects with various departments
      - Experience conducting training sessions or webinars for providers
