      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the HR onboarding process for newly hired physicians and advanced practitioners
      - Act as a credentialing liaison between new providers, recruiters, and operational leaders
      - Ensure accurate data entry and integrity in Workday for new hires
      - Track the hiring process and maintain documentation for all new providers
      - Assist in the initiation and completion of the Medical Staff Credentialing Process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of medical staff credentialing experience within a hospital setting
      - High School Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's in Business Administration/Management preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
      - Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize detail-oriented work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Provider Credentials Specialist certification
      - Extensive experience in credentialing may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - Experience working with EPIC and Kronos systems
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
