      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct inbound and outbound calls to build positive relationships with physicians and medical groups
      - Independently reach out to provider groups to discuss tools and programs aimed at improving care quality for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA members
      - Support Risk and Quality Client Programs by ensuring accurate delivery of data/forms to providers and training on portals
      - Assist providers in understanding payment methodologies and the importance of proper chart documentation
      - Deliver diagnosis coding tools and collaborate with various healthcare professionals on Risk Adjustment and Quality education efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA programs
      - 1+ years of Provider Support experience in a high-volume environment (80-100 outreaches a week)
      - 6+ months of experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ACA programs
      - 6+ months of experience working within a HIPAA environment
      - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience with provider groups in an office environment or provider services
      - Knowledge of HEDIS and Stars metrics
      - Ability to work independently towards individual and team metrics
      - Effective verbal communication skills with provider offices and personnel at all levels
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills
