What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute provider pay-for-quality programs
- Conduct face-to-face visits with providers to discuss performance quality measures
- Provide education to stakeholders on best practices in delivering high-quality care
- Analyze data and make recommendations for quality and productivity improvements
- Act as a subject-matter consultant on provider quality performance and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Health Related Discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience or experience in public health, healthcare administration, or community health/outreach
- Minimum of 3 years of experience related to HEDIS and/or Quality Improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities

- Experience in data analysis and providing consultation and education to healthcare providers
- Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills
