What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates in the dental field

- Collaborate with dental practices to understand their staffing needs and specific requirements for each position
- Create and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the dental industry
- Experience hiring dental providers, including hygienists and specialists
- Strong understanding of dental roles and the specific skills required for success
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
