What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the recruitment process for Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Leaders from start to finish
- Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies and monitor market trends
- Source and pre-screen candidates, coordinating site visits for candidates and their families
- Promote the employer at various recruitment functions such as job fairs and community events
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive hiring and onboarding experience for new hires

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Required education: Associate's degree
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of compensation methodologies and ability to assist with negotiations
- Understanding of labor and employment law principles and policies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certification as a Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) from AAPPR
- Experience with recruitment marketing strategies
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with external partners
