What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process for Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Leaders
- Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate records of candidate relationships and provide sourcing strategy updates
- Promote the employer at recruitment functions, including job fairs and community events
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure a positive hiring and onboarding experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in recruitment or a similar field
- Required education: Associate's degree
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of labor and employment law principles
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Certification as a Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP)
- Experience with recruitment marketing strategies and candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with healthcare compensation methodologies
- Strong networking skills within the healthcare community
