What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) candidates
- Coordinate logistics for candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
- Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain orientation schedules
- Track and report on Physician referral bonuses, ensuring accurate documentation
- Provide administrative support to ensure the success of recruitment efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
