What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze various types of medical bills according to claim jurisdiction and relevant regulations
- Communicate bill processing methodologies to providers effectively
- Respond to provider calls, emails, and voicemails within 48 hours
- Monitor the bill review process from initial receipt to final payment
- Collaborate with the Bill Review team on quality assurance issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex Workers' Compensation Bill Review with customer service exposure
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and DRG
- High comfort level with MS Word, MS Excel, and email
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hospital Bill Review experience is a plus
- CPC (Certified Professional Coding) coursework or certification is highly desirable
