What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain effective relationships with providers, including physicians, dentists, and hospitals
- Deliver orientations and ongoing education to network providers to ensure compliance with company programs
- Proactively address and resolve provider issues related to claims, contracts, and service needs
- Document all communications and maintain accurate provider demographic data
- Assist in negotiating fees and educating providers on fee structures and contract details

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Provider Relations position
- High degree of knowledge in medical terminology, provider billing practices, and claims processing
- Experience with California and Arizona credentialing application processes and relevant regulatory agencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Medicare Fee Schedule and various healthcare insurance products
- Strong project and time management skills with experience in process improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
