What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain effective provider relationships with IPA/medical groups, physicians, dentists, and hospitals
- Manage provider communications, training needs, and compliance with contracts
- Conduct provider education and onboarding training to ensure understanding of company programs
- Resolve provider issues related to claims submission, processing, and payment
- Assist in the maintenance of medical and dental contract fee schedules and credentialing processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Provider Relations position
- High degree of knowledge in medical terminology, provider billing practices, and claims processing
- Experience with California and Arizona credentialing application processes and healthcare regulatory agencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various healthcare industry regulatory agencies, including CMS and NCQA
- Strong project and time management skills, with knowledge of process improvement principles
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions
- Experience speaking and presenting to external audiences
- Familiarity with provider types and their impact on claims and reimbursements
