What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between network providers and the health plan, conducting provider outreach and training
- Assist in the contracting and credentialing processes for network providers
- Address and resolve claims, billing, and appeal issues for assigned providers
- Maintain documentation and outreach efforts within a tracking system
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience in provider relations and servicing managed care contracts
- Experience with value-based concepts and contracting for Medicare Advantage
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Medicare Special Needs Plans (I-SNP, C-SNP)
- History of working with complex providers, including large institutional providers and medical groups
