What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support or manage the new client communication and education workgroup to facilitate successful implementations
- Monitor and evaluate inquiries received and engage various business units to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries
- Conduct monthly outreach calls to provider offices for prior authorization submissions
- Research and escalate provider inquiries as appropriate
- Participate in provider relations initiatives as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a call center, customer service, provider relations, operations, retail pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a largely self-directed environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
- Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or equivalent pharmacy experience
