What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, monitor, and adjust daily and weekly provider schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider schedule coordination
- Assign and manage the annual hospital call schedule, ensuring timely updates
- Process provider time-off requests and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in EPIC and Qgenda

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical office scheduling or a related field
- Strong proficiency with databases and scheduling systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EPIC and/or Qgenda
- Familiarity with hospital call scheduling and provider coordination
