What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor the initial contact portal to ensure timely communication with investigation subjects
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding the investigative process and employer's authenticity

- Conduct quality checks of work and report findings to the supervisor
- Coordinate with personnel and assist with projects and process improvements as directed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and computer databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen, and obtain a Top Secret Clearance
