What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead meetings with project technical leads to document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Model and analyze business and technical processes
- Translate data models into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Proactively identify and document gaps in requirements
- Prepare technical documentation as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of IT experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
- Experience in Agile methodology, including writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps ADO or equivalent tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with .NET and AWS stack
- Developer experience
- Knowledge of airline PSS systems functionality and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task across projects
