What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and promote Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Execute sales strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure product success and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field and 8+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience
- 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience strongly desired
- Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic pharmaceutical sales
- Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
- Entrepreneurial attitude or experience in a start-up environment
- Excellent project management skills
