      Primary Responsibilities


      • Support assessment specialists and diagnostic team members in conducting psychological testing for individuals seeking a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (work under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist, speech language pathologist, licensed professional counselor, and/or medical doctor)
      • Score and write up summary reports on testing administered to clients in a professional manner.
      • Coordinate testing reports between psychologists, medical providers, licensed professional counselors, and speech language pathologists and ensure reports are completed in a timely manner
      • Assist in triaging and screening individuals waiting for a diagnostic evaluation
      • Track usage of testing materials and order additional testing materials as needed


      • High school diploma or GED; coursework in psychological testing and scoring including measures of intelligence, personality, and/or psychological functioning a plus
      • Knowledge of psychological testing as related to diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder
      • Ability to participate in collaborative partnerships within the University and among regional service providers including Department of Mental Health and targeted case management agencies
      • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Demonstrated strong analytical skills
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      • Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
