      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and welcome existing and potential members in a courteous and professional manner
      - Provide information regarding account services, including statements, withdrawals, and loan payoffs
      - Introduce and sell loan programs and services tailored to meet members' financial needs
      - Process routine transactions for members, including withdrawals and loan payments
      - Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services, participating in training opportunities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate or GED
      - Minimum of 1 month of related experience
      - Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and federal regulations related to financial institutions
      - Skills in effective communication and problem resolution with members
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree
      - 7+ months of related experience in credit union or financial services
      - Knowledge of Symitar system and credit union policies
      - Experience with sales training and cross-selling services
      - Proficiency in a second language, such as Korean, Russian, Spanish, or Tagalog
