      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct patient care and document care in accordance with policies and procedures under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
      - Follow ethical standards as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association and relevant state regulations
      - Deliver treatments to patients efficiently and in accordance with the PT plan of care and physician’s orders
      - Communicate effectively with the therapist to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
      - Assist with clinical education of physical therapist assistant students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice upon hire
      - Ability to work specified hours and perform essential job functions satisfactorily
      - Visual acuity to perform position duties and effective communication skills

      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and comply with safety principles and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
      - Less than 1 year of related experience and/or training
