What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide physical therapy treatments to patients as directed by the licensed Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation according to regulatory, corporate, and professional guidelines
- Participate in weekly case conferences and interdisciplinary communication to address patient needs
- Provide verbal or written updates on patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with state regulations and national standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant per state requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
