- Receive ongoing support and training from an assigned Field Trainer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clean background check (no felonies)
- Must possess a U.S. Social Security Number
- Must reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada during the hiring process
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Strong motivation and commitment to serve clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leadership, public speaking, customer service, sales, banking, or accounting
- Previous entrepreneurial experience
