What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments with potential clients who have requested coverage, dedicating 6-8 hours per week
- Conduct research to customize options for clients' financial needs, spending 4-5 hours per week on this task
- Meet with families to present coverage options and assist with applications, 2 days per week
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting for 2 hours per week
- Engage in personal development and leadership training to enhance skills and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidates are accepted; skill set is not the primary focus
- Must possess a coachable, self-disciplined attitude with a growth mindset
- Passion for helping people is essential
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Familiarity with financial products, such as retirement accounts and mortgage protection plans
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment
