What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor compliance with State and Federal regulations and track case management data
- Ensure quality of care for AHCCCS members, focusing on their unique health care needs
- Conduct independent reviews of data and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Provide education and technical assistance to stakeholders regarding covered services and policies
- Develop improved processes and metrics for tracking population-specific outcomes and case management efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Arizona
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare experience
- Knowledge of State and Federal policies governing Medicaid and managed care
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make independent decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience working in a managed care environment
- Experience in Case Management, Quality Management, Utilization Management, or social work
- Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality or case management certification
