- Experience managing a business or brand's social media presence
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Demonstrated success in organic social media marketing
- Experience with paid digital media strategies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a non-profit and/or agency setting
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster internal and external relationships
