      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales and business development efforts in the Central US/Texas region to identify and pursue new opportunities
      - Develop strategic relationships with public safety leaders and clients to address mission-critical issues
      - Execute regional growth plans focused on emergency communications, cybersecurity, and operations
      - Collaborate with federal programs to provide insight on national public safety initiatives
      - Support clients through every phase of project delivery to ensure lasting impacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of experience in emergency communications, public safety, and/or emergency management
      - 5 years of business development experience with a proven record of success in consultancy-based professional services for public safety
      - Membership and participation in affiliations related to Public Safety
      - Successful background in working with Public Safety Operations and related technologies
      - Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 70%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and local policies and regulations related to 9-1-1
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; knowledge of Deltek Vision or Salesforce preferred
