- Oversee an annual budget of $6-9 million, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Lead a team of professionals to implement initiatives aligned with state and national coastal management goals
- Facilitate partnerships with local governments to enhance program effectiveness
- Develop and implement policies supporting Maine's climate plan and resilience programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced technical expertise in coastal resource policy and program management
- Proven experience in budget development and oversight, particularly with federal grants
- Strong team management skills to effectively lead agency and partner teams
- Ability to address complex coastal management challenges through interdisciplinary approaches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
