Job Requirements Include:

• Previous experience in public maintenance.
  
• Must have Class B license; Class A Preferred.
  
• Familiarity with power tools and power equipment.
  
• Strong manual dexterity.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  
• Must have the ability to be on call after 5pm and weekends/holidays.
  
• Open to working in all weather conditions.
  
  Job Responsibilities Include:
  
  
• Mowing commons areas, public streets, and parking lot.
  
• Trimming and tree removal including chipper and chainsaw operation.
  
• Use power equipment such as excavator, backhoe, front end loader bobcat/ skidsteer or high Ranger/ boom truck.
  
• Patching potholes and fixing roads.
  
• Maintaining public lights and traffic lights.
  
• Snow removal in city streets.
