What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategize with internal teams and help execute campaigns in various genres
- Provide general administrative support, including mailings, reports, press materials, and data entry
- Assist with developing strategies, pitches, and executing press outreach
- Coordinate media mailings, fulfill review copy requests, and send galleys to trade outlets
- Schedule interviews for assigned authors and arrange book signings at events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Genuine interest in publicity, especially for Christian and faith-based books
- Voracious consumer of media in all forms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Keen attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Canva a plus
